Brand Ambassador

As a Brand Ambassador, you are the face and energy of the brands we represent. You’ll work on-site at events, expos, pop-ups, and retail activations, connecting with customers and creating memorable brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent brand values and messaging with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Engage with customers to explain product features and benefits
• Distribute marketing materials and capture leads or sign-ups
• Support the setup, execution, and breakdown of events
• Provide feedback on customer interactions and campaign success

Requirements:

• High energy, outgoing personality
• Comfortable initiating conversations with new people
• Punctual, reliable, and well-groomed appearance
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in promotions, hospitality, or customer service
• Bilingual is a plus
