Accelerator Management Program

The Accelerator Management Program is designed to prepare you for leadership roles within Pro-Active. You’ll learn hands-on through multiple departments, gain experience in campaign execution, and develop the tools to lead teams and manage clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shadow senior managers to learn leadership techniques and strategies
• Participate in sales, marketing, operations, and team development
• Assist in training new hires and supporting team growth
• Take initiative on campaign execution and client deliverables
  Attend leadership development workshops and performance evaluations

Requirements:

• Recent college graduate or equivalent work experience
• Strong leadership potential and desire for career advancement
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel or relocate for opportunities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communication
• Experience in a leadership or mentorship capacity
