Customer Service Associates ensure every interaction reflects the brand’s values and leaves a lasting impression. In this role, you’ll resolve issues, answer questions, and provide information in a helpful and friendly manner.

  • Log customer feedback and escalate issues as needed
  • Support event operations and team coordination

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience and ability to handle pressure with grace
  • Basic tech and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Experience in hospitality, retail, or support roles
